Looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment? TN-Hillside Cafe, located in beautiful Knoxville, TN, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team! Whether you’re passionate about food, enjoy working with people, or are eager to learn the ins and outs of the restaurant business, we have a place for you.
What You'll DoAs a Restaurant Team Member at TN-Hillside Cafe, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Depending on your position, your responsibilities may include:
- Front of House : Greeting guests with a warm smile, taking orders, serving food, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Back of House : Preparing delicious meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and following food safety standards.
- Support Roles : Assisting with inventory, cleaning, and other tasks to keep the cafe running smoothly.
No matter the role, you’ll be an essential part of creating a welcoming atmosphere where both guests and team members feel at home.
