PT Sales Ambassador

Summary The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized customer service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations. This role builds lasting client relationships, drives individual and team sales results, and supports store standards and initiatives. Responsibilities Understand customer needs, provide product knowledge, and offer personalized styling recommendations. Build client relationships and grow business through outreach, wardrobing, and digital clienteling tools. Meet or exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators while contributing to team objectives. Support and coach Brand Ambassadors, participate in training, and help identify talent. Maintain visual standards, follow store policies, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment. Requirements Sales experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
