Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — In-Clinic

My Path ABA | Tempe, AZ | Full-time | Monday–Friday
Pay: $21-$23 per hour, based on experience

My Path ABA is a family-owned clinic founded by parents of a nonverbal autistic child. Our experience as a family shapes how we care for children and support the people who work with them. We’re growing thoughtfully and looking for an experienced RBT who wants to help build a supportive clinic where children, families, and staff are known as individuals.

What you’ll do

• Provide one-on-one, in-clinic ABA services to children, following individualized plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills through engaging activities.
• Collect accurate session data and complete notes on time.
• Work closely with BCBAs and fellow RBTs, ask questions, and put feedback into practice.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe clinic for children and families.

What we’re looking for

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• At least one year of experience providing ABA services as an RBT.
• A dependable, patient approach and a genuine interest in working with children.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Tempe during scheduled weekday hours.
