SAM Pro Consultant

To enhance the ServiceNow SAM Pro repository, the remote SAM Pro Consultant will engage in a full-time, 20-week project focused on normalizing software models, cleaning up records, and validating software entitlements. Key responsibilities Normalize software models by validating publisher, product, version, and type, ensuring appropriate classifications for reconciliation and license management Clean up the repository by identifying and consolidating duplicate or obsolete software models and correcting inaccuracies in product classifications Validate and associate entitlements with the correct software models, ensuring compliance through thorough review of license metrics and supporting documentation Required qualifications Proven experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro and IT asset management processes Strong understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements Ability to conduct software model normalization and cleanup activities effectively Experience in validating entitlements and managing software relationships Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
