Work Schedule: Typically you will work Sunday thru Thursday (8:00P.M - 4:00P.M.)

What Will You Do: As a Cafe Grill Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a delightful dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Taking customer orders and accurately inputting them into the POS system.
• Prepping menu items provided by management as needed on a daily basis.
• Assist with incoming deliveries and help to put items away.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Upselling menu items and promoting specials to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
• Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including hot meals, sandwiches, salads, and beverages, with utmost attention to quality and presentation.
• Follow established recipes, portion sizes, and food safety guidelines to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.

Who We're looking for:

• Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment is REQUIRED.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.

General Requirements:

• Lift and carry 50lbs+ on a repetitive basis, with the ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
• Consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
