We are seeking an experienced  Bilingual Inventory Lead to join a fast-paced fulfillment warehouse in Carrollton, TX. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong inventory control experience who can lead by example and support warehouse operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily inventory operations, including tracking, counting, and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
• Lead and support inventory staff while working closely with other departments
• Assist in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping when needed
• Ensure inventory processes follow company standards and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership in  English and Spanish

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required
• Strong inventory control and warehouse experience (lead experience preferred)
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical work
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the entire shift
• Comfortable assisting in other warehouse areas as needed
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• $25 per hour
