Job Description

We are seeking career motivated individuals to join a growing solar-panel manufacturing operation as machine operators, where employees will learn to run automated production equipment, follow quality-control procedures, and support high-efficiency manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn advanced manufacturing skills, travel internationally for training, and build a long-term career in the clean-energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine tasks to support manufacturing flow.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards every day.
• Work with your team to keep production moving.
• Help keep a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Essential Skills

• Machine operation experience is a must.
• General labor and assembly skills.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and reading blueprints.
• Ability to measure with tape measures and use CNC machines.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with calipers and press brakes.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Jeffersonville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $50500.00/yr.
