Light Industrial Assembler

AssemblerThe Assembler works at a dedicated workstation assembling pressure washer components using hand and power tools. This role requires the ability to stand for an entire shift, follow mechanical and assembly procedures, and work independently or as part of a very small team to produce high-quality finished units.ResponsibilitiesAssemble pressure washer components at a designated workstation according to established procedures and specifications.Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform assembly and basic mechanical tasks.Interpret and follow assembly instructions, and where applicable, simple blueprints or diagrams to complete builds correctly.Perform basic mechanical repair and adjustment on components as needed during the assembly process.Inspect assembled units for quality, accuracy, and proper functionality before completion.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in an isolated basement manufacturing environment.Work independently or within a very small team, managing tasks and time to meet production goals.Stand for the entire shift while performing repetitive assembly tasks with attention to detail.Essential SkillsHands-on assembly experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand how components fit and function together.Proficiency using hand tools and power tools in a safe and controlled manner.Experience with mechanical repair or adjustment of parts and assemblies.Ability to stand for an entire shift and perform repetitive tasks with consistent quality.Capability to work independently or in a very small team with minimal supervision.Basic ability to follow written instructions and, where applicable, simple blueprints or diagrams.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience assembling pressure washers or similar mechanical equipment.Exposure to blueprint reading for assembly or repair work.Experience in a manufacturing facility or production line environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Reliability and consistency in meeting daily production expectations.Why Work Here?Employees benefit from a structured pay progression based on tenure, offering clear long-term earning potential. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
