Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specializing in Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to laboring patients and support families during childbirth.
• Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, utilizing advanced medical technologies.
• Administer medications and treatments in alignment with care plans and physician orders.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Meditech/CPN EMR systems.
• Participate in C-sections, versions, and vaginal assisted deliveries as needed.
• Educate patients and families about postpartum care and potential complications.

Qualifications

• Current valid RN licensure with 1-year of acute care hospital L&D experience.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM certifications required.
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR highly preferred.
• Postpartum nursing experience highly preferred.
• Ability to manage adaptable and consistent patient care in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills without drama.
