Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state
• Previous experience in school-based OT strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a diverse student caseload across elementary and middle school ages
• Strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills
• Passion for helping children achieve their developmental and academic goals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
• Support the transition of students between grades and educational settings
• Contribute to IEP meetings and ongoing progress monitoring
