Lead Residential HVAC Installer

What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC retrofit installations Install complete heating and cooling systems from start to finish Coordinate with homeowners and office staff throughout the installation process Supervise and mentor journeymen and apprentices Ensure installations meet company quality standards and local code requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate professionally with customers and office staff Complete jobs efficiently without sacrificing quality Complete light commercial HVAC installations and equipment replacements Will need to be able to preform basic service diagnostics and repairs Qualifications (Required) Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience Experience leading installation crews Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently Positive attitude and professional appearance Preferred EPA Universal Certification Experience with Carrier equipment Experience with Ecobee smart thermostats Sheet metal fabrication experience Basic knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and installations Pay & Benefits $36-40/hour depending on experience Performance bonus opportunities Paid holidays Paid time off Retirement Company vehicle Company uniforms Company‑provided tools (where applicable) Ongoing training Advancement opportunities Ideal Candidate Traits Takes pride in their work Shows up on time Leads by example Enjoys teaching others Communicates respectfully Solves problems instead of creating them Wants a long‑term career, not just another paycheck Schedule Monday–Friday Occasional overtime during peak heating and cooling seasons.
