Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive patient experience in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Assist in improving healthcare policies and procedures to enhance patient outcomes.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Prior experience in a nursing role is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
