SUMMARY
We are in search of dedicated full-time Warehouse Associates to become a part of our team in Burbank. The perfect candidate will possess a strong understanding of warehouse operations, excel in high-pressure situations, and demonstrate the capability to meet deadlines, consistently surpassing customer expectations
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner
- Verify order accuracy and completeness before shipping
- Assist other warehouse team members in restocking and organizing the warehouse
- Maintain open communication with Warehouse Manager to establish priorities and set goals
- Properly package items to prevent damage during transit
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect contents, and process inventory
- Assist with counting and auditing inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Be proficient in using handheld devices, scanners, and computer systems for order tracking and inventory management
- GED or high school diploma
- 1+ years of shipping, receiving and operations experience
- Proficient with computers and fulfillment technology
- Advanced understanding of retail and E-commerce operations
- Ability to follow instructions and relay information accurately
- Attention to detail for accurate order picking and packing
- Collaborative attitude to work effectively with other warehouse associates and retail staff.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet retail demands
- Willingness to assist in various tasks as needed
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to meet deadlines and complete tasks on time
