You will contribute directly to the development and scaling of innovative digital solutions for small and medium‑size enterprises by ensuring we attract the best professionals in software development and related IT fields. Key Responsibilities Recruit IT professionals in the Moroccan market, with a strong focus on software developers and technical roles. Select, manage, and optimize recruitment channels based on cost, efficiency, and hiring success rates. Source IT talent through job boards (LinkedIn, ReKrute, Emploi.ma, etc.) and proactive headhunting. Create and publish high‑quality job postings that effectively attract qualified IT candidates. Build and maintain a strong network and visible presence within the Moroccan IT talent market to support ongoing and future hiring needs. Define, implement, and continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and KPIs. Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, assess candidates, and provide market insights. Monitor recruitment metrics, prepare regular reports, and communicate progress, risks, and recommendations. Requirements 5+ years of experience recruiting IT professionals in Morocco, especially software developers. Strong knowledge of recruitment channels, their costs, and success rates in the Moroccan market. Proven experience creating attractive job postings that appeal to top‑tier technical talent. Optimizing recruitment channels to select the most cost‑effective and successful methods for attracting top IT talent. Creating attractive job postings and promoting the employer brand.
