Packaging Designer

Cella is seeking a talent-driven Packaging Production Designer to manage the packaging pipeline from initial conceptual sketches to production-ready artwork. In this role, you will champion luxury packaging solutions while exploring cutting-edge AI tools to elevate creative concepts.Responsibilities:Report directly to the Director of Packaging to concept, design, and develop primary and secondary packaging solutions.Create production-ready artwork following strict brand packaging charters.Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product Development, and external production vendors to ensure design feasibility and luxury quality compliance.Manage multiple packaging projects simultaneously while organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries, file templates, and naming conventions.Conduct ongoing research on luxury market trends and competitive analysis to fuel innovative design solutions.Qualifications:Education & Experience: Degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent professional experience) with proven, successful experience as a packaging designer.Industry Background: Beauty and/or luxury product experience is highly preferred; packaging design backgrounds in toys, food, or beverage are also welcome.Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), proficiency in Figma, and expert knowledge of Mac/System software.Innovation & Skills: Familiarity with exploring and utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) design tools.
