Worship Leader - Beech Baptist Church What You’ll Do: Lead worship on Sunday mornings in a way that helps people connect with God Work with the praise team—schedule, rehearse, and encourage them Communicate with the sound team to keep everything running smoothly during services Help plan the flow of the service (songs, transitions, special moments) Help lead worship for special services and holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.) What We’re Looking For: A strong personal faith in Jesus and a heart for worship Someone who aligns with Southern Baptist beliefs Ability to work with and encourage a team Basic musical ability (singing and/or playing an instrument) Piano experience is a plus Good communication and teamwork skills Details: Part-time role Reports to the pastor The Goal: To lead simple, meaningful worship that helps our church grow closer to Go #J-18808-Ljbffr
