This specialized Operating Room RN travel position opens the door to collaborating with seasoned leaders and experiencing a variety of workplace methods and approaches in perioperative care. Schedule/Hours:

• Fully furnished for travel candidates

Qualifications/Experience:

• Active RN license, valid in Colorado or compact state
• One year (minimum) of recent Operating Room experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• Strong knowledge of AORN standards and surgical best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled, compassionate perioperative nursing care in a variety of surgical specialties
• Circulate and scrub as required, ensuring patient safety and sterile environments
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs
• Assess, plan, implement, and document patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all safety protocols
