Who We're Looking For: Versatility - Cutting skills that span all textures/lengths of hair, Knowledge - Interested in current trends, products, and services, TDLR - Keep a clean and sanitized station, Upbeat - Professional and positive demeanor
Our Pay Structure: Service Commission: 40-45% based on sales, Product Commission: 10% on your check +10% in your PTO bank, Birds covers the cost of running all discounts + promotions

Qualifications: 1+ year of hair cutting experience, Texas State Cosmetology and/or Barber License
