Job Summary:
A Medical Imaging Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) located in Santa Rosa, California. This role involves performing a variety of advanced imaging procedures, including contrast studies and multispecialty imaging, within an acute care hospital environment. Candidates are required to bring their valid California license on the first day of employment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evenings, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid California license; ARRT (Radiologic Technology Certification), BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, venipuncture certification, and fluoro permit; 1 year of experience in computed tomography; experience with Epic charting system; willing to work two major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year; able to float between sister facilities as needed; must include RTO (Request for Time Off) at time of submission; references covering at least 1 year during the last 3 years.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult acute care, outpatient imaging, and specific imaging procedures listed in the position description.
• Additional Information: Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities. Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. The organization may provide communication devices at no cost; if not provided, reimbursement up to $50 per month is allowed. Candidates are advised to explore housing options in the area due to limited availability.
• Position Responsibilities: Perform advanced CT imaging including contrast studies, multispecialty imaging, and protocols involving brain perfusion, biopsies, and transplant studies, utilizing Siemens and Toshiba equipment. Must adhere to safety protocols, including contrast media administration and patient positioning.
