Here's the deal at Teddy's: Top dollar + bonuses. $75K-$100K, paid overtime, and bonus opportunities on top. Your paycheck should match your skill level. Year-round work. Snow season is work season. No layoffs. No "see you in April." Steady checks, all 12 months. Newer equipment. Skid steers, excavators, and trucks that actually run. You build better when you're not babysitting broken machines.
