Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cook to join our dietary team in our state-of-the-art kitchen. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of menu items, from hearty breakfasts to satisfying lunches and dinners. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our patients to understand their dietary needs and preferences, ensuring that every meal is tailored to their individual tastes and requirements.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Work closely with patients to understand their dietary needs and preferences
Collaborate with the dietary team to create menus that are both delicious and nutritious
Maintain accurate records of food preparation and inventory management
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with the latest culinary techniques and trends
