Now Hiring: Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Apex Entertainment Virginia BeachApex Entertainment is looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the appearance, functionality, and safety of our buildings, grounds, and amusement attractions - ensuring our facility operates at the highest standard each day.If you're hands-on, proactive, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.Position Overview:As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in minimizing downtime, performing preventative maintenance, and keeping the entire facility clean, safe, and operating efficiently. You'll help ensure every guest enjoys a well-maintained, like-new environment from the moment we open.Key Responsibilities:General MaintenancePerform corrective maintenance to minimize equipment and facility downtimeExecute scheduled preventative maintenance to maintain a polished, like-new appearanceHandle service calls for pinsetters and other equipment, resolving minor malfunctions and recording issues on daily logsMaintain and service Go-Karts and other amusement attractions as neededFacility UpkeepAssist in keeping the entire facility clean, safe, and up to Apex standardsEnsure the workshop remains organized and presentableClean and maintain bowling pins and lane machineryReporting & SafetyCommunicate potential equipment issues to the Facility Maintenance ManagerMaintain detailed logs for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual attraction inspectionsFollow all safety procedures and ensure a safe environment for guests and staffAssist with other duties as assigned by managementQualifications:High School Diploma or GEDMechanical aptitude or background preferredExperience in amusement industry maintenance is a plusStrong problem-solving and interpersonal skillsMust have a valid driver's license or reliable transportationMust be 18 years or olderAbility to adapt and respond to shifting prioritiesAvailability to work a flexible schedule - including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysPerks & Benefits:Join a fun, fast-paced team that values excellence and serviceCompetitive pay with opportunities for advancementFree access to Apex attractions50% off select food itemsFlexible scheduling to support your lifestyleTake pride in your work, make an impact behind the scenes, and help us keep Apex Entertainment running at its best.Apply today to become a valued Maintenance Technician on our team!
