Speech Language Pathologist

Role: Speech Language Pathologist (Bilingual and Monolingual) Responsibilities Provide speech and language screenings, assessments, treatment, and progress reports for students Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals and educational standards Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff Support district-wide student needs as part of a therapy team Perform additional duties assigned by school administration Qualifications & Skills Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech Language Endorsement Illinois State License through IDFPR For bilingual roles: Spanish-English proficiency Strong collaboration, communication, assessment, and documentation skills Knowledge of IEP development and school-based therapy services Ability to manage caseloads and support diverse student populations Additional Information Work Monday–Friday, 35 hours per week, following the school calendar Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and continuing education reimbursement Experience in school-based settings preferred; clinical fellows and SLPAs with relevant experience may be considered #J-18808-Ljbffr
