Are you a seasoned mixologist with a passion for crafting unforgettable experiences? SALT & SUGAR GASTRO BAR, located in the heart of Houston, TX, is looking for a talented Bartender to join our team. Known for our vibrant atmosphere and exceptional service, we pride ourselves on creating a space where guests can unwind, indulge, and enjoy every moment.

As a Bartender at SALT & SUGAR GASTRO BAR, you’ll be at the center of the action, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a drink they’ll rave about. Your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting a variety of beverages, from classic cocktails to creative concoctions, with precision and flair.
• Providing top-notch customer service by engaging with guests and making personalized recommendations.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and ingredients are ready for action.
• Monitoring inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Upholding all safety and alcohol service regulations to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

We’re searching for someone who brings skill, personality, and professionalism to the table. To thrive in this role, you should have:

• 4 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A deep knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and cocktail preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members alike.
• The ability to stay cool under pressure while juggling multiple tasks.
• A passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
