LANDSCAPE CREW LEADERS / DRIVERS & CREW MEMBERS – FULL TIME
Lake Worth, FL | Palm Beach County
Forever Green Landscape Services is growing and hiring experienced Landscape Crew Leaders / Drivers AND Landscape Crew Members .
We have been serving HOAs, condominiums, commercial properties, and communities throughout Palm Beach County since 1989 .
We are looking for dependable, hardworking people who take pride in doing quality work and want a steady, year-round job with an established company.
NOW HIRING:
CREW LEADERS / DRIVERS:
- Experience leading a commercial landscape maintenance crew.
- Valid Florida driver's license and good driving record.
- Comfortable driving an Isuzu-style landscape/dump truck.
- Able to lead, organize, and keep a crew productive.
- Strong knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance.
- Experience operating commercial landscape equipment.
- Dependable, responsible, and able to communicate with supervisors.
LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBERS:
- Commercial landscape maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other landscape equipment.
- Able to perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and property cleanup.
- Dependable and shows up to work on time.
- Works well as part of a crew.
- Takes pride in quality work.
- Able to work outdoors in South Florida conditions.
- Driver's license is a plus but not required for crew member positions.

ESTAMOS CONTRATANDO:
LÍDERES DE CUADRILLA / CONDUCTORES:
- Experiencia liderando cuadrillas de mantenimiento de jardines.
- Licencia de conducir válida de Florida y buen historial de manejo.
- Experiencia conduciendo camiones tipo Isuzu o similares.
- Capacidad para dirigir, organizar y mantener productiva una cuadrilla.
- Experiencia con equipos comerciales de jardinería.
- Responsable, puntual y profesional.
TRABAJADORES DE JARDINERÍA / MIEMBROS DE CUADRILLA:
- Experiencia en mantenimiento de jardines comerciales preferida.
- Experiencia con cortadoras, trimmers, edgers y sopladoras.
- Capacidad para cortar césped, bordear, podar, soplar y limpiar propiedades.
- Responsable y puntual.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Orgulloso de hacer un trabajo de calidad.
- Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre bajo las condiciones de Florida.
- Licencia de conducir es una ventaja, pero no es requerida para trabajadores de cuadrilla.
