Role Description The Paralegal role is a full-time (Monday-Friday), on-site position located in Morristown, TN. The paralegal will support attorneys by preparing and organizing legal documents, conducting legal and factual research, and reviewing case files for accuracy and completeness. Daily responsibilities include maintaining case calendars, managing client files, drafting correspondence and pleadings under attorney supervision, and coordinating with courts, clients, and other parties. The role also involves summarizing records, assisting with trial preparation, and ensuring all documentation is filed and stored according to firm procedures. The paralegal will collaborate closely with attorneys and clients to help move cases forward efficiently and professionally.
