Overview Reliant Care Management Company – Clinical Liaison Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Liaison to join our team for the Kansas City, MO area (remote with onsite visits when needed). The Clinical Liaison will facilitate efficient communication between our healthcare facilities and healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
