Associate

We are seeking a passionate, motivated individual who can complement our team that is transforming the talent acquisition space through superior service delivery while having a lot of fun doing it. As an Associate , we need an individual with an exceptional work ethic, high initiative, professionalism, sense of humor, and passion to solve our customers’ talent and HR challenges. You will work 100% remotely (with some infrequent, paid travel to-visit clients and teammates) and earn a starting base salary + commission. As an Associate, we want you to own your personal success while driving our shared success. What You’ll Do: Candidate Profile Prescreening (50%) Review and assess candidate profiles and resumes to ensure qualifications align with job requirements. Conduct initial phone and/or video screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide recommendations to Partners on top candidates for further interviews. Maintain accurate and detailed notes on all candidate interactions in the tools Sourcing (25%) Use various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter) to identify potential candidates. Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Engage with passive candidates (cold calling, emails, texts, etc.) and build relationships for potential job matches. Administrative Support (25%) Manage job postings on various platforms and ensure all listings are up-to-date and compelling. Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers. Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate records in our candidate’s tracker and in our search tools. Provide other general support to the recruiting team as needed.
