HR Generalist: Talent, Onboarding & Growth (Manufacturing)

Fernco, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a ~340-employee manufacturing company with a 24/5 multi-shift schedule across four locations. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for entry-level production roles and build internal promotion pathways to retain and develop our team. You will manage onboarding, HRIS, policy compliance (OSHA, FMLA, FLSA), payroll backup, benefits, and performance processes, partnering with production leadership and the HR team to drive workforce #J-18808-Ljbffr
