Key Qualifications:

• Valid California Physical Therapist License required
• Experience with pediatric populations, preferably infants, in educational or early intervention settings

• Ability to travel locally to home and clinic-based therapy sessions
• Commitment to best practices in documentation and therapy planning

Role Overview:

• Deliver physical therapy services to a caseload of approximately 30 infants
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans addressing gross motor development, mobility, and functional independence
• Provide therapy sessions primarily in clients’ homes or the on-site motor room, often in coordination with other service providers and parents
• Monitor, assess, and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Communicate regularly with caregivers and educational staff to support holistic development
• Maintain accurate and ethical records in compliance with state and agency guidelines
• Regular work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
