Brand AmbassadorWe are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Brand Ambassador to represent our company in local retail outlets by engaging with store associates, promoting our products and services, and ensuring each store team can drive qualified leads. This is a position ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and building relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesTrain and support retail partner staff on brand messaging, product knowledge, and lead-generation best practicesBuild positive relationships with retail teams to increase product awareness and referral activityProvide quick refreshers or updates on promotions, talking points, and customer qualification guidelinesRepresent the brand professionally at retail locationsEngage with associates in a friendly, outgoing mannerMaintain accurate reporting of store interactionsFollow all brand messaging and appearance guidelinesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and professional appearanceComfortable standing and interacting with the public for extended periodsReliable transportation and punctualityNo prior experience required (training provided)Preferred Skills (Not Required)Training, adult learning, customer service, or promotional experienceBilingual abilitiesExperience working events or retail environmentsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly payPerformance-based bonuses for meeting lead and engagement goalsMonthly travel stipendFlexible schedulingPaid trainingOpportunities for advancementDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
