HEAD FOOTBALL COACH

Head Football Coach Position Our athletics department is looking for a Head Football Coach to lead our team. You need to have a background in playing the sport and some coaching experience is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to motivate our players and help them hone their skills. Football Coach Duties and Responsibilities Lead practice to help players improve their performance. Strategize on player positions and develop an on‑field strategy. Make calls and substitutions during games. Salary is based on the district stipend salary schedule and will be posted on the district website. Coach job description and salary schedule are posted on the district website under the employment tab. If this position is not filled by a certified staff member, a classified (non‑certified) person may be hired. In that case, salary will be paid over the two‑month sport season.
