Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer

$225000 - $450000 per year | San Francisco, CA | On-site | Permanent

A bit about us:

We’re building the infrastructure layer for private capital markets — combining modern software systems, AI-native workflows, and deep market intelligence to transform how private market transactions happen. Our platform sits at the intersection of financial infrastructure, data systems, and applied AI. We are building agentic systems that automate complex workflows, improve market efficiency, and unlock entirely new ways for users to interact with private market data and liquidity. We recently raised a Series A and are backed by top-tier investors, with a total of $25M in funding. We care about velocity, ownership, and the ability to work in an intense fast paced 0 to 1 builder environment. This is a place for engineers who want to operate at maximum leverage, ship quickly, and help define what AI-native financial infrastructure looks like over the next decade.

Why join us?

• Extremely top end compensation packages for stage of startup - $250-450k depending on experience
• Equity in the company
• Hybrid flexibility (2-3 days/week in SF office)
• Join a small, high-talent-density team where exceptional engineers can have outsized impact
• Build across the stack — from backend infrastructure and AI orchestration to user-facing product experiences
• Help define how autonomous systems interact with financial workflows and marketplaces
• Operate with high ownership and autonomy in a fast-moving environment
• Work directly with technical founders and influence core architectural decisions
• Tackle difficult technical problems involving non-deterministic systems, data pipelines, orchestration layers, and automation infrastructure
