Areas We Serve North Orange County: Anaheim, Brea, Fullerton, Orange Central Orange County: Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Westminster, Tustin, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar South Orange County: Irvine, Lake Forest, Laguna Woods, Laguna Hills, Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Coto de Caza, Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, Ladera Ranch, Trabuco Canyon, San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente Long Beach Area: Long Beach Shifts Available Day Shifts: 7 am-3 pm, 8 am-4 pm, 9 am-5 pm Morning shifts: 8 am-12 pm, 9 am-1 pm, 10 am-2 pm Afternoon/evening shifts: 1 pm-5 pm, 2 pm-6 pm, 3 pm-7 pm, 4 pm-8 pm, 5 pm-9 pm, 6 pm-10 pm Overnight shifts: 7 pm-7 am, 8 pm-8 am Extended day shifts: 7 am-7 pm, 8 am-8 pm Caregiver Responsibilities Provide companionship, conversation, activities, and emotional support Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, errands, and transportation Provide medication reminders and maintain daily care documentation Support clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, and hospice needs Safely operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts, gait belts, transfer boards, and wheelchairs Pay & Benefits $18-$22 per hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit 5 sick days + holiday pay Referral bonuses, caregiver-of-the-month rewards, and other incentives $10/month technology stipend Mileage reimbursement Free scrubs and PPE One-on-one client care (no facility ratios) Hands-on training in our Center of Excellence with a mock-home environment 6 months of structured monthly online training (dementia, hospice, chronic conditions, and more) Clear paths for growth within our franchise Supportive, inclusive workplace that truly values you Caregiver Requirements Compassionate, patient, and passionate about helping seniors Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus but not required Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility (push/pull up to 50 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs) Strong communication and documentation skills (writing and in-app) Ability to pass background check and drug screening CNA, HHA, Or Similar Certifications Preferred (not Required) Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required
