Hoa Operations Specialist

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an HOA Operations Specialist. The position manages an assigned portfolio of properties throughout the entire HOA processfrom identifying the HOA through obtaining payoff information and completing ongoing account maintenance. The HOA Operations Specialist is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:

• Independently manage and track every task, milestone, and activity throughout the complete HOA lifecycle for assigned property portfolios.
• Monitor and respond to all internal and external correspondence promptly, maintaining a high standard of professional communication.
• Consistently meet all client service-level agreements (SLAs) and strict deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date account notes, official documents, and activity records.
• Review financial records (including ledgers, payments, and checks), prepare detailed account breakdowns for supervisor review, and perform recurring maintenance reviews.
• Regularly update and maintain data accuracy across both internal systems (Bron) and client-facing platforms.
• Actively attend team meetings and support initiatives for continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in HOA operations, property management, title/escrow, or a related administrative field preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage a property portfolio from start to finish.
• Demonstrated experience reviewing financial documents, including account ledgers, payments, and checks.
• Hands-on experience with Orange Grid is required; experience with Salesforce is a strong plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong professional demeanor.
• Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage strict deadlines in a high-volume setting.

Pay Rate Range: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
