Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Clinic

Location: Golden Valley, MN 55422 (8301 Golden Valley Rd #100)
Job Type: Permanent Full Time
Shift: Days (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Hours: 80 hours per 2-week pay period
Weekend/Call: No weekends, No call
Compensation: $24.50 – $32.77/hour

Position Summary:

The LPN in the outpatient clinic supports providers and clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care. The role involves direct patient support, clinical tasks, coordination of care, and assisting with both clinical and administrative functions to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Assist providers with exams, treatments, and procedures
• Take vital signs and document patient information accurately
• Support medication administration as directed
• Assist with patient rooming and clinic flow management
• Perform phlebotomy, lab specimen collection, and clinic testing (as assigned)
• Support phone triage, prescription refills, and patient communication
• Assist with prior authorizations and documentation tasks
• Collaborate with providers, clinic supervisors, and healthcare team
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and standards

Required Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Minnesota or compact eligible as required)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Previous clinical experience required
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to multitask and manage patient flow efficiently
