What you'll be doing:
- Assist with the activities of daily living to help clients stay independent and in their own homes
- Provide assistance with personal care
- Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises
- Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding
- Properly manage household needs
- Provide companionship and respite services for the family
- Engaging in meaningful activities
- Listening to exciting stories
What we're looking for:
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Experience caring for our beloved veterans.
- A high regard for elders.
- Previous experience as a home caregiver with clients living with dementia.
- CA Home Care Aide registration.
- Ability to work in Fremont, Newark and Union City.
- Good health and a positive spirit.
- FT hours available.
- Available to travel and work in Alameda and Trivalley locations.
- Able to provide caregiver training and conduct supervisory visitations.
Salary Range: $21.00-$24.00
Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
