Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Alaska state license is required to start the position.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience managing or working in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Experience with hospital-based clinic operations, including patient evaluations, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary team participation.
• Demonstrated ability to support departmental financial viability, including optimizing revenue streams and managing expenses.
• Willingness to participate in community and workforce development initiatives, and to support corporate compliance and reporting requirements.

Benefits:

• Relocation assistance: $15,000 for individuals, $20,000 for families.
• Sign-on bonus: $25,000 for a three-year agreement.
• Eligibility for retention bonus.

Position Details:

• City: Bethel, AK.
• Facility type: Assisted Living Facility.
• Shift: Days. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 5x8 schedule.
• Role includes management of hospital-based inpatient and outpatient physical therapy clinic duties, patient evaluations, treatment planning, staff development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Start date: 05/20/2026. 52-week position.
