Details Post-acute, long-term care setting in a Clinical Care Leader/RNUM unit Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM On-call coverage included as part of the role Uses Point Click Care (PCC) as the charting system Scheduled for 40 hours per week Work week runs Sunday through Saturday Requirements Active RN license (NE or Compact) required Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required BSN not required for this position Driver's license required for consideration Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including employment dates and rehire eligibility Additional Information Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized care in a long-term care resident setting Collaborates with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate resident care Documents resident history, symptoms, medications, and care in compliance with applicable standards and regulations Supervises and delegates to unlicensed personnel while maintaining overall nursing accountability for assigned residents Participates in leadership roles on departmental or organizational task forces and committees Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process experience preferred but not required Local candidates accepted at an adjusted rate Must reside within an 80-mile radius for local placement consideration American Traveler Job ID P-750391.
