Responsibilities Source, recruit, and interview candidates for a variety of positions. Post job openings on multiple job boards and social media platforms. Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Perform reference checks and background screening. Maintain candidate records and applicant tracking systems. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Assist with onboarding new hires and other HR-related duties as needed. Qualifications Previous recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
