Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance

- Oversee daily business activities across departments, including production, logistics, and customer service

- Lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance standards

- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and operational budgets

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and service quality

- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to and promote a safe working environment

- Prepare and present reports on operational performance to executive leadership

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred

- Proven experience in operations management, ideally within a similar industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficiency in operational software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
