Corporate Security Officer

Corporate Security OfficerPerform daily security, safety, and public service duties. Maintain a safe and secure work environment, while assisting in various aspects of the facilities department.1 - Oversee and administer security programs that control access to all of the campuses to ensure a safe work environment for all employees2 - Daily documentation of events that have occurred on campus(es)3 - Conduct regular patrols of all campus buildings and assist with events and activities located on the campus(es)4 - Professional customer service with employees, guests, vendors, contractors, and truck drivers5 - Able to manage complex issues in a calm professional manner, while ensuring the safety of employees and the campus(es)6 - Develop a working relationship with local law enforcement7 - Utilize security equipment, including CCTV, alarm systems and access control points.8 - Adhere to all SOPs, cGMPs, and COPs as directed by the Company and Food & Drug AdministrationQualificationsPosition may require 5-10% travelMust have a valid driver's license.This position works days, nights, and weekends. Overtime may be required.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of CCTV and Access SoftwareMust be observant and detail orientedHave a helpful and professional personalityPrevious Security experience preferredOutstanding Customer service experience strongly preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredRequired to stand, sit, walk, talk, see, and hear. Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Must use hands and fingers to operate equipment/controls/computer.Must have the ability to adjust focus for unplanned activities and other duties as assigned. Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment.Most of the work environment is indoors, but outdoor work required.
