Position Overview

We are currently accepting applications for Per Diem Medication Technicians to join our active candidate pool. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals who want flexibility while positioning themselves for future openings within a highly sought-after community.

- Administer medications per physician orders and state regulations

- Accurately document medication administration

- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report appropriately.

- Support residents with ADLs as needed.

- Collaborate with nursing and care staff to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

- Certified Medication Technician in the state of New Hampshire

- Experience in assisted living or similar setting preferred

- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
