Team Coordination: Provide precise appointment details to dispatchers, service technicians, and sales representatives to ensure seamless field operations. Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with recent customers post-service to gather feedback and ensure 100% satisfaction. Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of call volume, booked appointments, and customer interactions in our dispatch management system. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1+ years of call center, customer service, or receptionist experience (HVAC or home services experience is a major plus!). Energetic, friendly demeanor with professional communication skills. Strong multi-tasking ability and comfort using computers, multi-line phone systems, and scheduling software.
