Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Department travel assignment in Kapaa, Hawaii. Start date: 09/07/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,551–$2,759 per week. No guaranteed hours. Shift: Any. Setting: Hospital-based emergency care in a travel temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department across a wide range of acuity
- Perform triage, initial assessments, and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, start IVs, monitor patient status, and support emergent procedures
- Document care in the electronic health record, ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and adapt to float to Long Term Care or ICU as needed
- Respond to emergencies, manage rapid patient turnover, and uphold patient safety and quality standards

Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Ability to work variable shifts (AM and PM) and 12-hour shifts; 80 hours in a two-week period
- Willingness to float to Long Term Care or ICU as needed
- Target start date of 09/07/2026; able to meet compliance and arrival requirements
- Assignment length of 13 weeks with potential for extension
- Flexible schedule with no guaranteed hours
