Now Hiring: Quality Technician

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for quality and precision? We're looking for a Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with quality inspection experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring products meet the highest industry standards.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm

Pay Rate: $22/hr

Location: Manchester CT

Responsibilities:

Perform in-process and final inspections on materials and finished products
Inspect and test materials, equipment, and processes to ensure specifications are met
Verify products meet customer requirements before shipment
Maintain accurate quality records in compliance with AS9100 and Nadcap standards
Assist with quality improvement initiatives and production documentation
Ensure inspection and test equipment is properly calibrated
Identify opportunities to improve quality processes
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE

Qualifications:

Associate degree, vocational training, or equivalent experience
2+ years of quality inspection or quality technician experience
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
Experience with AS9100 and/or Nadcap is a plus
ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) certification is a plus
