Escrow Officer / Title Closer — Orlando / Osceola County

Suncoast One Title & Closings is seeking an experienced Florida Escrow Officer/Title Closer to help establish and grow our Orlando / Osceola County market, with an initial focus on Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Lake Nona, and the surrounding area.

This is an opportunity for an experienced title professional who wants more than simply managing a closing desk. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent technical closing work and an exceptional client experience while helping Suncoast One build strong relationships and a lasting presence in this market.

For a highly qualified candidate with the right combination of closing expertise, leadership ability, local relationships, and business-development capability, this position may offer the opportunity to take a significant leadership role as we establish and grow our Orlando-area operation.

• Independently manage Florida residential real estate transactions from title/escrow processing through closing and post-closing.
• Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements/CDs, escrow instructions, and related transaction documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with buyers, sellers, REALTORS, lenders, attorneys, builders, and other transaction participants.
• Manage escrow funds and closing requirements accurately and in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations.
• Identify and help resolve title, closing, and transaction issues before they interfere with closing.
• Maintain proactive, clear communication throughout the transaction.
• Provide a high level of service and create a positive closing experience for clients and referral partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with REALTORS, lenders, builders, attorneys, clients, and other referral partners.
• Help establish and expand Suncoast One's presence throughout the Orlando / Osceola County market.
• Actively participate in relationship development and business-development activities.
• Work collaboratively with Suncoast One's existing offices and team while helping develop the company's Orlando-area operation.
• For candidates considered for a leadership role, help establish operational standards, develop the local team, maintain Suncoast One's service culture, and provide leadership as the market grows.

• Significant Florida title insurance, escrow, or residential real estate closing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage Florida residential real estate closings.
• Strong working knowledge of Florida real estate transactions, title requirements, escrow procedures, and closing documentation.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, judgment, and ability to manage multiple active files.
• Knowledge of the Orlando / Osceola County real estate market, particularly Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Lake Nona, and surrounding communities, is strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships with local REALTORS, brokerages, lenders, builders, attorneys, or other potential referral sources are highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability and desire to develop new business relationships and help grow a market.
• An established professional following or portable book of business is highly valued but is not required for an otherwise exceptional candidate.
• Leadership, management, or team-development experience is highly valued.
• Candidates who have not previously held a formal management title but demonstrate strong leadership potential will also be considered.
• Experience with Qualia or comparable title-production and closing software is beneficial.
