Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) specializing in construction within the business services industry. Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Description Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with project managers to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates on financial performance. Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner. Support the procurement process, including sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships. Ensure safety standards are met at all times on-site.
