Key Responsibilities Apply spray foam insulation in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate insulation equipment, hand tools, and other installation machinery safely and efficiently. Work with project managers, contractors, and construction teams to ensure proper insulation placement and compliance with specifications. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to building codes and project standards. Maintain clean and organized job sites and follow all safety protocols. Working Conditions Work in a variety of environments, including outdoor and indoor job sites. Perform tasks at heights such as attics, ladders, scaffolding, and commercial ceilings. Navigate tight or confined spaces such as crawl spaces and mechanical rooms. Lift and carry equipment and materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Qualifications Required: Hands‑on experience in construction, remodeling, or insulation installation. Ability to safely work in varied physical conditions, including heights and confined spaces. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must pass a drug screen. Preferred: Experience with spray foam systems and related equipment. Knowledge of commercial and residential construction practices.
