Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Valid BLS certification
• Epic electronic health record experience
• Ability to float across units with similar or lower acuity levels
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate patient-centered approach

Nice to Have Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience in hospice or end-of-life care
• Additional certifications in palliative or pain management
• Fluency in additional languages

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
• Proven experience working with seriously ill or terminal patients
• Experience with EPIC EHR system
• Prior travel or float nursing background

Other Requirements

• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift (19:00 - 07:00)
• Willingness to float within various inpatient units until the dedicated palliative care unit opens
• Valid RN license in the state of practice
• Pass background and credential checks
• Must hold current BLS certification
